1. Analyze cable technical problems in production line and provide methods and instructions to solve the problem， support relevant departments to improve productivity and product quality.
2. Collect process parameters， update and upgrade SOP & technical documents system.
3. Liaise with procurement function evaluate raw material supplier， provide technical instructions and requirements to ensure supplier’s qualification.
4. Support technical problem solving for customer complaint and external product audit， improve process methods and technical system for customer satisfaction.
5. Establish procedure to ensure development of new products， research on improvement of current products and maintenance of quality for all products.
6. Conduct independent research and investigations to design and develop a product or process.
任职要求：
1. Bachelor’s degree in Cable Engineering.
2. Minimum 5 years cable process or technical experience， 2 years manager experience.
3. Good communication skills
4. High initiative， self motivated and hard working attitude.
5. Good planning and scheduling skill
6. Proficient in English and Microsoft office.
7. Trust，honesty，initiative and teamwork.
